And because we’re family-owned with no outside investors, we can make decisions that help ensure that performance continues through our next generation of management instead of driving results for an exit in three to five years.

Tailored approach to planning and growth

It isn’t the number of carriers you represent that matters when a risk comes in the door; it’s whether you have the right carrier to write that policy. We take a strategic approach to identify the right mix, so our Members write and retain more business profitably and efficiently. Our Members wrote over $600 million in new business last year with Ironpeak’s carrier partners.
