Andrew Ward serves our Members in the Carolinas, helping them grow revenue, profits and agency value. He got his start in Winston-Salem, where he graduated from Wake Forest and began his insurance career with National General, which only strengthens his dedication to our Carolina Agency Members. Andrew moved into the regional manager role after three years as an Ironpeak agency manager.
Andrew shares why he wanted to work at Ironpeak, "I've truly never wanted to work any place other than Ironpeak. Our role is rewarding on both sides of the coin. We are able to add revenue and profit to the best Member Agencies in the state, and, at the same time, drive profitable growth to our fantastic carrier partners. It is always fun to feel like you're on a team, and, in our case, we are teammates to all of our Members in helping them grow their agency."
