Andy is the regional manager for Ohio, where he draws on his two decades of sales and leadership experience to act as a trusted advisor for Ironpeak Members in the state. Andy drives profitable growth for both his Member Agencies and carrier partners. Before coming to Ironpeak, he spent three years as the Inside Territory Manager at Grange Insurance, managing agency relationships in Virginia. Andy's carrier experience, along with his passion for relationship building, serves him well in his role as Ohio regional manager.
When asked why he chose to work at Ironpeak, Andy said, "Having worked with several networks while on the carrier side, joining Ironpeak was an easy decision. From my interactions with the team, it was clear that they not only loved their roles but were also passionate about the organization. They felt part of something bigger, and I wanted to be a part of that inspiring culture."
