Angela came to Ironpeak in the summer of 2019 with a varied background in the insurance industry. Having compiled a solid sales background with Prudential Financial, Angela earned several management positions and was the owner of a Richmond, Virginia, P&C agency that she founded in 2004. She also built and developed a profitable P&C agency for a large financial firm in Richmond. Most recently she served as the underwriting manager for the Small Commercial Division for Richmond-based All Risks, Ltd., then on that company's operations team as sales support coordinator.
When asked why she chose to work at Ironpeak, Angela said, "The history and the reputation of the company is forefront for me. Looking to be part of a strong organization that really puts their Member's needs first. The organization's reputation that they actually work together with their employees is rare; employees feel valued and included, they are not feeling like " just a number". Having the autonomy to spread our wings!"
