As an Ironpeak Regional Director, Ben brings both agency and carrier experience to his role and to the benefit of Ironpeak's Members. His time in direct sales at Liberty Mutual and as a producer at an independent agency cemented his commitment to the independent agency model. He supports agencies in Massachusetts and New York.
Ben explains that Ironpeak is different because, "We care about the agents and carriers. If they don't win, then we don't win. Without being a public company or having private equity owners, we have the ability to focus all our efforts internally and not worry about external shareholders."
