Bob Hoogendam, CPCU, is a regional manager in the Pacific Northwest and is responsible for growing Ironpeak's membership in Washington and Montana. In 2019, Hoogendam was named Industry Person of the Year by the IIABW (Big I Washington) and Carrier Person of the Year by the IIAMT (Big I Montana). Before joining Ironpeak, Hoogendam was a sales executive for Travelers Select Insurance, where he managed agency relationships for commercial insurance in Washington and Idaho. Prior to his role at Travelers, Hoogendam spent time at Imperial Premium Finance Services, managing third-party relationships as a financial consultant for agents in Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana. He has also held roles as a senior territory marketing manager for Zurich Small Business and Foremost Insurance.
