Cameron joined Ironpeak in June of 2016 to manage Ironpeak's expansion into Louisiana. He brought proven marketing and agency management skills to his role which were honed as an agency owner and during his carrier tenure with Encompass, Zurich and CNA. Cameron’s broad knowledge of the Louisiana insurance market has been invaluable to Ironpeak and instrumental in our quick success there. In the regional manager role, Cameron concentrates his effort with his Members toward optimizing books of business and utilizing various Ironpeak tools and resources to enhance agency value.
Cameron explains the most important thing an agency gets by joining Ironpeak by saying, "An agency gains strength and stability with a large group like Ironpeak. Working with a group's power to raise revenue due to its higher negotiated commission structures, larger profit-sharing factors and other special incentive agreements for production and profitability, bring a steady stream of increased revenue to the agency that they would not otherwise have a chance to achieve."
