With over 12 years of his career spent with premier carriers such as Travelers, Farmers and Prudential, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge to his Members. Using his skills in distribution management, Charlie helps his Members maximize revenue, optimize books of business, and utilize the tools and programs Ironpeak provides to drive agency growth and profitability. He works with Members in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Charlie shares why he thinks Ironpeak is different than the rest by saying, "What differentiates us is that our Members never lose their independence. We take no ownership in the agencies we work with and don't mandate how they run their agencies whether it be their management system, quoting software or staffing.
