New to the Ironpeak team in 2021, Gene brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to his role with an energetic approach and extensive background in operations. Prior to joining Ironpeak, he served in a variety of leadership positions at CNA, Progressive®, AIG and CSE Insurance. As regional director in Arizona, Gene is responsible for membership growth and collaborates with Ironpeak Members to increase revenue, profit and agency value. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Management from Bushnell University and Juris Doctorate (JD) from Purdue Global Law School.
Gene explains why Ironpeak is better than the rest, "At Ironpeak, our consultative approach is genuinely altruistic, unlike a 'pay to play' environment. We assess needs and provide solutions that make sense for our customers. This contrasts sharply with an 'all in' approach, where affiliates pay a fee to essentially rent systems and carrier access."
