Jo Gonzalez joined Ironpeak to serve Member Agencies in North Texas and to expand our membership there. She is a forward-thinking, client-centric insurance veteran executive with experience in both the exclusive and independent agency channels. Jo has held national leadership and distribution roles with Encompass Insurance, Kemper Insurance and State Farm Insurance. Her experiences make her well-qualified to partner with independent insurance agencies interested in maintaining independence while maximizing revenue.
