Joya joined Ironpeak as a regional manager in January of 2018, but her association with Ironpeak goes back decades. In 1992, she began working for an Ironpeak Member Agency in Virginia and then continued her association with Ironpeak when she worked for a core carrier partner. In 2004, Joya bought that same Member Agency and built an impressive track record of profitable growth with Ironpeak and her carrier partners. When it came time to maximize her own agency's value, she sought assistance from Ironpeak in perpetuating. Fortunately for us, Joya then joined Ironpeak as a regional manager in FL, and began sharing her first-hand experience of Ironpeak's added value as she began working with other Members and prospects. Her background makes her uniquely qualified to assist Members in optimizing books and maximizing revenue.
