Kelsey Branch joined Ironpeak in 2018 as the Digital Marketing Director handling the social media for the network as well as producing The Trusted Advisor Podcast. Prior to joining Ironpeak, Kelsey worked for Travelers handling auto claims in their Pittsburgh office. With the retirement of one of our Ohio regional managers, Kelsey moved into an agency manager position at Ironpeak to help some of our longtime Members in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
When asked what is the most important thing an agency gets by joining Ironpeak, Kelsey replied, "The most important thing is we build a true partnership. We are not here to tell you what decisions you need to make at your agency. We will come with thoughtful suggestions to increase your agencies success but the agency owner is is still at the helm 100%. That is invaluable in my opinion."
