Kurt explained why he joined the Ironpeak team by saying, "I had background on both the agency and carriers side of the business before coming to Ironpeak. My mom worked as an agency operations manager and agency consultant for most of my life.  I saw Ironpeak as an opportunity to help independent agents enhance their agencies and improve communications between carriers and agents."
