Shanna Muscavage joined Ironpeak to support our Members in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her experience as an agent and agency office manager and the relationships she had built with Ironpeak carrier partners Amerisafe and Main Street America have helped her assist her Member Agencies in achieving their growth potential. Shanna’s insurance experience, talent for relationship building, and presentation skills have served her well as an Ironpeak regional manager.
Shanna shares why she joined the Ironpeak team by saying, "I grew up in the industry at a family-owned agency. They were some of my favorite years, learning from co-workers that became family. While the industry is evolving quickly, and the independent agency channel specifically is forced to respond, I whole-heartedly believe I hold value in our local communities. To be able to work in an environment where I can assist those same agencies in their growth goals while enhancing agency value is rewarding and meaningful."
