If you take in the view from Chicago’s Willis Tower on a clear day, you’ll likely see three states — Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois. We love this view, probably because Michigan and Illinois are Ironpeak’s top two states in the Midwest, writing a total of over $200 million combined.
