Taskforce builds dedicated, remote teams of insurance professionals to improve an agency’s processes and reduce their administrative workload, so account managers and agents can focus on serving their clients and growing their business. Duties that can be assigned to a remote Taskforce staff person include policy checking, claim services, and data entry, among many others.

The Taskforce staff is primarily located in Macedonia. They all speak English and are well-trained. Ironpeak Members have found adding one or more full-time remote staff to be very cost-effective.
