Established in Texas, 2000
John McCaleb joined us in 2021 to accelerate growth in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri, and with the help of a talented team is certainly succeeding. The team doubled the premium in the region in just three years and brought on 33 agencies in 2024.
Fun fact
Texas is the largest state in the lower 48 in total square miles (and many say in heart as well), but Smith County, Kansas gets to claim the geographic heart of the U.S. Our regional managers keep our Members and carrier partners at the heart of what they do — that’s how you create a win-win-win.
